Early 1970’s Fenton Art Glass ashtray with center bar in mod orange and yellow handmade glass called ‘Amberina’.
Scarce Fenton pattern called ‘Valencia’ inspired by Moser and produced Frank Fenton. The Valencia pattern was designed in 1969 and discontinued in 1973. In production for only four years.
Fenton original part no. 8377. Fenton Art Glass did not have the impressed logo during this period, a paper label was used. The label is not present.
Designed with form and function in mind. Mid-size ashtray can accommodate cigars, cigarettes, incense sticks, pipes. Inner well provides space for paraphernalia and base for pipes. Eight dual size smoke rests on interior bar. Four are cigarette or smaller sized ¼” cradle rests and four ½” V-rests for larger smokes.
In excellent condition! Hefty ashtray weighs 2.6 lbs. Measures 7½” round and 2¼” tall.
