Set of two Eames Era boomerang ashtrays in Turquoise with gold trim.
In the iconic boomerang form popular in the mid 1950’s to early 1960s. Both are in excellent condition, appear unused.
Marked on the seat with T-375 USA. This mark was used by a consortium of beatnik potters in the Laguna California area, known as California Potteries. The “T” would denote the studio which produced it.
Each measure 9″ at longest and 5½ at widest. The gold is 100% intact. The gold is spackled, not uniform. The turquoise color is bright as new.
Features 5 cigarette or smaller smoke rests on an arched inner bar.
